The warranty

  1. The warranty period of 24 months applies only to private individuals using the product for household purposes, and not for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

  2. The warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present a proof of purchase document (receipt or delivery note).

  3. The warranty against defects does not apply if the cause of the defect is:

    • Mechanical damage;

    • Improper use or use for inappropriate purposes;

    • Natural wear and tear;

    • Environmental conditions (excessive humidity, heat, or similar phenomena).

  4. The buyer has the right to submit a claim regarding the product's non-conformity at the ALMONT store, Nīcgales Street 36A, Riga, on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  5. When submitting a product for warranty repair, the buyer must submit a claim specifying the identified product defect (fault) and its manifestation, and provide the original transaction document issued.

  6. If the defect cannot be corrected or it is not reasonable to do so, the buyer has the right to request a replacement product of the same or another product from the available product range, paying the price difference if the replacement product is more expensive than the one being replaced.

  7. When submitting a product for warranty repair, the product must be clean and complete. A dirty product or incomplete set may result in the refusal of the product.

  8. The seller will examine the buyer's claim within a reasonable time frame, not exceeding 30 days, and will inform the buyer of the result via phone or email.

  9. After the defects have been corrected, the buyer can collect the product at the ALMONT store, Nīcgales Street 36A, Riga, on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
