Delivery Time

We process all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and your location.

Delivery Methods

Courier service: Delivery is carried out by trusted couriers. Usual delivery time is 2–7 business days.

In-store pickup: Orders can be picked up at our store at Nīcgales iela 36A, Riga, on business days from 8:00 to 18:00.

Delivery Fee

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. The exact amount is shown during checkout.
Free delivery may be available during promotional periods — this will be indicated at checkout.

International Delivery

Currently, we deliver only within the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Period

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day you receive the item, without providing a reason.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (so it can be resold).

Return Process

Please return the item either:

• by post or courier to Nīcgales iela 36A, Riga, LV-1035,
  or

• in person at our store on business days from 8:00 to 18:00.

Please include a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

(The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the item is received or until proof of shipment is provided.)

Return Costs

If the item is returned under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or model, please contact us.
If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid; if it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

According to Cabinet Regulation No. 255, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening, such as:

• work gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment
  if they have been opened or used.

If such items are faulty or incorrect, they may be returned or exchanged.
